What is your return policy?
-Returns & Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
-Customer is responsible for return shipping.
-Sales on Custom orders are final and are not eligible for Returns/Refunds.
What are your shipping times?
-We strive to get all orders completed and ready for shipment within 14-20 days.
-All items are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS ground which generally delivers within 2-3 days of shipment.
-Shipping on custom orders will be discussed during the design phase of your order.
-Please understand that the above times are estimates. Many of our products are made to order and are subject to suppliers shipping times to our facility. If there is any large deviations from the above times our team will reach out to you.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO?
Engraving Unlimited is committed to supporting our Military and their families. Shipping on all orders to APO/FPO/DPO are free of charge.
Do you ship internationally?

I need my items FAST, do you offer expediated shipping?

What is DCFD/MPDC pick up/delivery mean?
For any member of the District of Columbia Fire Department or Metropolitan Police of District of Columbia items may be picked up or delivered to your Firehouse or Police Station. When you pick this option at check out a member of our team will reach out to you to set up this service. This service is free of charge.
